PROGRESSION SESSIONS
If you took part in our introduction session and are feeling more confident in the water, our progression session will help you to progress your skills in the open water. If you have some experience of open water swimming and don’t feel the need for the Introduction session then this could be the session for you. - 1hr £25pp Booked Via Actio App
INTERMEDIATE SESSIONS
If you have taken part in our first 2 sessions, why not come along to our third Open Water session? If you feel confident in the Open Water and have some good experience of Open Water Swimming then this session could help you! 1HR - £25pp Booked via Actio App
INTRODUCTION TO OPEN WATER
AN INTRODUCTION TO OPEN WATER - 1hr £20pp Are you new to open water and want to dip your toe in? Then this session is perfect for you. Build your confidence in a safe environment by gaining knowledge and skills you will need to enjoy the open water safely. To help you try it out before committing to purchasing your own kit, both wetsuit & tow float hire is included. In addition, when you collect your NOWCA wristband, you will receive a complimentary bright Swim Lakeside swim. After the session, you will have to option to buy a tow float for a discounted price and receive a free swim credit to redeem on a future open water swim at Lakeside.
