Are you new to open water and want to dip your toe in? Then this session is perfect for you. Build your confidence in a safe environment by gaining the knowledge and skills you will need to enjoy the open water safely.

To help you try it out before committing to purchasing your own kit, both wetsuit & tow float hire is included.

In addition, when you collect your NOWCA wristband, you will receive a complimentary bright Swim Lakeside swim hat.

After the session, you will have to option to buy a tow float for a discounted price and receive a free swim credit to redeem on a future open water swim at Lakeside. 1hr - £20pp booked via the Actio APP. We have multiple 1hr sessions running on this day. Check Actio App for availability.
